Paediatric Epilepsy Service

The Service is run by doctors and nurses with expertise in epilepsy. We provide epilepsy care to children and young people.

The service works with children and young people living in Northumberland and North Tyneside who have epilepsy.

Our team also includes epilepsy specialist nurses who provide support and advice.

Referrals are accepted from GPs, community and acute paediatricians.

An appointment will be offered to assess the patient with a consultant and paediatric epilepsy specialist nurse.
