Mental health self-help guides
This is a series of self help guides covering different topics such as:
- depression
- anxiety
- stress
They allow you to find out more about the causes of mental health issues. They provide tools to work through feelings and emotions.
Should your child need a bit of extra support or if they are waiting to access support from other services, Kooth may help.
Kooth is a free, anonymous and safe online mental wellbeing community. It is for children and young people, aged 11 to 25 across Northumberland.
Provides information on topics such as:
- ADHD
- self-harm
- suicidal thoughts
- anger management
- anxiety
An information hub offering young people advice and help on mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.
Northumberland Family Hubs provide support to parents and carers at sites across Northumberland.
