We provide home care services for adults and older people in North Tyneside and Northumberland who need extra support to live safe, healthy and independently at home.

This includes support for people with a learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

We offer personalised care visits that range from quick check-ins once a week to several visits a day. Either way we provide flexible home care to accommodate everyone’s individual needs.

Our home care assistants provide a broad range of services, and can help with:

  • Supporting you with your personal care needs. This includes a range of services from bathing to assistance with getting washed and dressed
  • We can do simple household tasks, that are part of your care plan, if you are unable to do so such as cleaning, vacuuming or laundry.
  • Support at mealtimes including preparing simple meals and drinks.
  • Help to meet medication needs, from collecting prescriptions, to gentle prompts or administering your medication. We can even accompany you to any medical appointments if you require support.

Your care planning is carried out in your home by one of our dedicated care supervisors.

We recognise that your circumstances might change so to ensure we are responsive in providing a personalised service we do regular checks of your care plan. These are carried out by our care supervisors who work with you and everyone involved in your care and family members to ensure you get the very best support.

Assessing funding options and navigating home care costs can be daunting. Whether you are just starting to consider options or you’re in the process of setting up care paid by the local authority, we’re here to help you get a better understanding of the costs involved.

The best way to find out if you or a loved one is eligible for financial support is to talk to your local authority. Every local authority has its own criteria for its assessments.

Our home care services are available to self-funding clients as well as clients who receive funding from their local authority.
