What patients may need to know about the daily routine on the ward |
The Department is open Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm. Clinics start at 9am and 1.30pm and continue until the last patient is seen.Patients are referred for diagnosis, investigations, treatment and follow-up for a range of specialties which are: Cardiology, dermatology, dietetics, ear, nose & throat, erectile dysfunction, family planning, gastroenterology, breast services, genito-urinary medicine, gynaecology, diabetes & sleep studies, ophthalmology, orthopaedics including Trauma, lower and upper limb specialists, paediatrics, pain management, Parkinson’s Disease, podiatry, psychiatry, psychology including cardiac, gynaecological & pain, rheumatology, stroke review. The pre-operative assessment clinic is based in the department. |
