This is to see if you could be seen sooner at a different hospital. It is part of the NHS drive to reduce waiting lists for elective or planned care.
Please do not contact us or your GP practice about this offer. We will be contacting eligible patients. Patients will receive more information when contacted about their options.
*Some clinical exclusions apply. You are not eligible if you have an appointment within the next 8 weeks.
