Our apprenticeship scheme is developed and driven by our core aim, to be the best place to work and train.

If you come on board with us, we would like you to share our values and so have devised the following survey to test whether an apprenticeship at Northumbria could be a good fit for you:

  • Can you work well as part of a team?
  • Do you go the extra mile for people?
  • Do you try to be a role model to others?
  • Can you work to drive standards of excellence?
  • Do you have empathy and compassion for others?
  • Can you take charge of yourself in sometimes challenging or stressful situations?

If you answered 'yes' to all of these questions an apprenticeship might be right for you .
