Executive Director of People
and Organisational Development
Kate Thompson was appointed Executive Director of People and Organisational Development in April 2022, having previously held the role of Deputy Director.
Kate joined the Trust 16 years ago, starting her career as part of the National Graduate Scheme. She has since carried out a number of HR roles within the organisation, studying to complete her professional qualifications alongside working.
