What patients may need to know about the daily routine on the ward |
Patient will be told what they should come to their appointment to the unit in their appointment letter or by telephone call. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be offered and there is a water cooler on the unit. If treatment is taking place over lunchtime, soup and a hot pudding will be provided. Patients will be given their next appointment before they leave the unit. Single rooms are available for the privacy of the patient. |
