Our people matter. We’re proud to offer a wide range of staff benefits and exclusive offers to recognise the valuable work they do.
Employees can purchase a bicycle through the Cycle to Work scheme (up to a value of £1,000) or through the Green Commute Initiative scheme (up to a value of £3,500), applicable to both electric and mechanical bikes. These purchases must be made from shops registered with one of these schemes and paid for via salary sacrifice.
By reducing your gross salary, you also reduce the amount of tax and National Insurance contributions you pay, resulting in cost savings for you. Additionally, you can claim expenses if you use your bike for work-related travel, such as commuting to meetings.
