Executive Director of Operations for Medicine and Community
Hannah brings nearly two decades of senior leadership experience across multiple NHS organisations in the North East, underpinned by earlier roles in the North West within private and charitable health-related settings.
Hannah’s extensive experience in clinical service management has included responsibility for local, regional and national services, often with international links. She has also spent several years working in clinical research, including serving as Chief Operating Officer for the region’s academic health science centre. In this role, she led a partnership across NHS, local government, and higher education providers to translate health research and innovation into real-world impact, improving health outcomes and supporting economic growth. She co-led the national coordination of academic health science centres and developed strategies for Trust-level research and regional academic health partnerships.
Her leadership practice is supported by postgraduate qualifications in health and public leadership, as well as environmental management. Deeply committed to developing others, she is a qualified coach and an accredited action learning set facilitator.
