Sexual Health Services

We provide free and confidential sexual health services in North Tyneside and Northumberland for anyone aged 13 and over. We are inclusive to all, including the trans and non-binary community.

Walk-in clinics: Blyth and Ward 9 at North Tyneside General Hospital only - queue and wait system

Mondays 8.45am - 4pm

Wednesdays 8.45am - 4pm

Thursdays 8.45am - 6:30pm

If the walk-in clinics become full to capacity they may be closed earlier than stated.

Please do not bring children to your appointment.
We ask that children do not attend appointments. This helps us focus on your needs and provide the best support possible. Some topics discussed during appointments may not be suitable for children. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Website maintenance: on Wednesday 21st October between 20:30-21:30, we'll be completing some maintenance work on our online booking system Lilie Hub. If you're trying to book an appointment, please do so outside of this time. Thanks for your understanding.

Service closure: The whole service (including phone lines) will be closed on Monday 19th October from 12.00 for staff training - morning appointments are available.

The service will reopen on Tuesday 20th October at 8.45am.
