Where to Find Us

We offer a choice of an appointment including same day or walk in service across North Tyneside and Northumberland, as well as within outreach clinics in a variety of venues including health centres, schools, youth clubs and community centres.

The majority of services are provided from two main centres. Give the centre a call to check if the service you need is available when you require it. You can call the two main centres direct.

North Tyneside – One to One Centre, Shiremoor: 0191 297 0441

Getting there:


By bus: For up to date bus information please use Travelline service

By road: The One to One Centre is right at the traffic lights off New York Road onto Park Lane.  Go over the roundabout (Boundary Mills is on your right) and take the next left onto Brenkley Ave.  The One to One Centre is next to St Marks Church on the right.

Shiremoor Metro station is a five minute walk from the One to One Centre.  Walk up Park Lane towards New York Road and take the 3rd turning on the right onto Brenkley Ave.

Consultations


You now have the opportunity to book a consultation on the day when you are contacting us. These slots will be matched to the resources available on the day and therefore are limited.

You can telephone or walk in to discuss the availability. If you choose to walk in to book your slot you can choose to wait in the department or return at your allocated time.  

You will need to attend 10 minutes prior to your allocated time to complete a registration form. (You can download and complete the registration form in advance and bring it with you to save time.) There may be some appointments/slots available on-line.

Appointments:


Monday (not bank holidays), Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 7.30pm
Thursday 12.30pm - 7.30pm (the service is not available Thursday morning)
Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm ( closed bank holiday weekends). 

The last consultation will be 45 minutes before the advertised closing time. At very busy times your level of need will be assessed by a practitioner and you may be advised to return if we do not have an available slot.

Getting here:


By road: Morpeth Clinic is situated off the A1, close to Morpeth town centre along from the Morpeth Library. It is located on the corner of Gas House Lane. There is limited parking including disabled parking at the front of the building. Alternatively there is additional free parking on the surrounding roads as well as nearby disk parking at the entrance to Gas House Lane.

By bus: For up to date bus information please use Traveline service.

By rail: Check The Trainline for timetables of all services from nearby Morpeth railway station.
