Improving the quality of care for our patients
Quality of care is about being safe, effective and providing a positive patient experience.
We are consistently one of the top performing foundation trusts in England – something we are proud of and all our staff play a part to help us achieve this.
We have made some great improvements in terms of the quality of care we provide and, like all good organisations, we know that we must continually strive to be better.
To help ensure we work towards these improvements we launched a quality strategy for 2014-19 which sets out our ambition and priorities and how we can support and encourage our staff to make improvements for our patients.
