Healthy 4 Life is a fun healthy lifestyle programme to help children and families in North Tyneside make positive lifestyle changes to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
This free, friendly service is for children aged 5-17 years, and is a 10-week healthy lifestyle programme run from local schools, leisure centres and swimming pools. It provides personalised, specific advice for children and families.
