NHS staff, governors and members of the trust and local residents are invited to find out more about the work of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust at its Annual Members’ Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 17 July 2019.
At the meeting senior members of the trust will report on the last year, note achievements, highlight lessons learned and outline the vision for the future.
This year’s AGM will be held between 5-7pm at Cobalt Business Park.
7-8 Silver Fox Way
Registration, marketplace, buffet and refreshments will be available from 3.30pm.
Chairman Alan Richardson said:
“As a public service we take transparency very seriously and our AGM is an important part of that. It’s a chance for members of the public to find out more about the trust, our work – both in hospital and in the community – and get an overview of our performance over the year.
“It also allows us to report back on what’s ahead – opportunities and challenges – and how we manage things in the best interests of our patients and communities.”
Northumbria Healthcare covers one of the largest geographical areas in the country and provides hospital and community services in North Tyneside and hospital, community and adult social care services in Northumberland.
