The Just Say app was developed to get key information straight into the hands of young people aged 16 – 25 across Northumberland. It aims to bring together information and signpost services for young people to help them be happy, healthy, safe and independent.
It allows young people to access a range of tools, resources and information. These include signposting to support for mental health, money worries, relationship problems and more, games, activities and trophies and motivational messaging.

How it came about
Just Say was inspired by young people involved in a local youth project called SILX based in Blyth who have worked with Northumbria Healthcare and Northumberland County Council to develop the app.
The app is managed by Northumbria Healthcare in partnership with Northumberland County Council. It was funded by the Association of Directors of Adult Social Care (ADASS) and NHS England.
