Quality drives everything we do and for us to continue to improve we'd like to know how you think we can make our services even better.

If something isn’t right, we need to know about it and have the chance to make it better. We have a feedback channel ‘We’re Listening’ which gives everyone the chance to put forward quality improvement ideas.

The Trust was awarded an Outstanding Rating in May 2016 but we are by no means complacent.  All feedback we receive through the We’re Listening channel helps us to maintain and improve our high quality health care provision.  Individual feedback is not given through this feedback channel, so if you wish to receive individual feedback please contact one of the services listed here.  That is not to say we don’t take your feedback seriously, we really do, and a number of improvements have been made as a result of what you have told us.
