A huge thank you to all of our bright charity runners who took part in the Great North Run on Sunday.
It’s a fantastic achievement – well done!
The run provides a real boost to our charity – helping to provide the extras that can make a real difference to our patients.
This year money raised will go towards two charity projects – our successful patient experience project to support facilities and activities for our elderly patients (including live music) and a new interactive mural for the children’s ward at the Northumbria hospital. Some people are also raising funds for a ward/area of their choice.
