Northumbria Healthcare is holding a virtual open event to promote apprenticeships across the North East.
We run one of the largest and most successful apprenticeship programmes in the NHS, and for more than 10 years apprentices have been an integral part of our workforce. Apprenticeships provide an opportunity to learn on the job and are an excellent way for people to develop a career. More than 95 per cent of our apprentices gain employment with our trust or wider NHS.
We offer apprenticeship opportunities at level 2 and upwards, where apprentices will learn the knowledge and skills important to their role in the following areas: health and social care, business administration, estates and facilities and supplies.
If you want to gain an insight into our apprenticeships, come along to our virtual open evening on Wednesday 10 February 2021, 6pm until 7:30pm, via zoom.
Please also register via our zoom link to make sure you have access to the event. Through this link you will also need to specify which speciality you are interested in, this will enable us to put you in contact with the appropriate teams on the night.
The event will allow you to find out more about companies which are actively involved in apprenticeships and are passionate about how they can help to improve your career. This is also an opportunity for you to hear from young apprentice ambassadors who will be telling their story and can help you decide if an apprenticeship is the right step for you.
The evening is about providing you with all the information you need about our apprenticeships, and looking beyond the myths and stereotypes that exist around them.
If you are unable to join the event but would like further information about our vacancies, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
