Open and Honest Care

We are committed to being open and accountable to our patients and the public. We continually work with patients and staff to provide high level open and honest care and as a trust are always driving quality improvements to provide even safer care.

In order to enhance how transparent we are as a trust, we have made a commitment to publish a set of patient outcomes and patient and staff experience measures so that patients and the public can see how we are performing in certain areas. These include falls, pressure ulcers and healthcare associated infections (HCAIs). Each month we collaborate with other care providers to share what we have learned and to use this information to identify where changes can be made to enhance and improve care.
