We want our patients and service users to have information to help them make informed choices about their care or treatment and to feel confident and in control. We expect that they will feel listened to and treated with honesty, respect and dignity at all times.
With over 25,000 views sought every year we can better understand what we’re doing right and what we need to do to improve.
Experiences are measured on the things that we know matters most to our patients, including consistency of care across the team, being treated with respect and dignity, how involved patients are in their care and the quality of their relationships with medical and nursing teams.

The number of complaints we receive has dropped significantly as we launched a campaign to encourage patients and their families to talk to us about any problems. This means we can change things while patients are with us.
