The hospital has barrier controlled car parks and you will get a chip at the barrier when entering the car park. Take this chip with you into the hospital as you will need to enter this into a pay machine when you leave, before you can exit the car park.
Pay machines are located at the hospital's main entrance and the entrances to the Jubilee Day Hospital and maternity. There are instructions to follow on the pay machines in the event of a lost chip.
There is also a non-barrier public parking area located just off the hospital perimeter road, directly outside Ward 21. A pay and display machine is in operation here.
Please make sure that you bring change with you and leave plenty of time to find a space.
There are free lay-bys for pick ups or drops offs or for those picking up a prescription at the pharmacy.
Disabled parking
There are a number of designated free parking bays reserved for registered disabled drivers displaying a valid blue badge permit.

This includes those receiving treatment for cancer while patients attending regularly over an extended period and visitors of long-stay patients may also be exempt. Parents of children in hospital will also receive free car parking. Please speak to the ward manager about this.
